Funky Bakers Deli – Paradise for Food Lovers

Funky Bakers is an iconic bakery in Barcelona, and after a few years of success with their cute outpost in the Born, they opened a Deli and an Eatery in Eixample. And we are delighted!

Funky Bakers Deli is absolutely packed with carefully curated products, many of them owner Seyma’s favorites. They change stocks frequently, and even if the shop itself isn’t huge, there are plenty of items to browse.

The deli holds both items from local makers and exciting products from elsewhere. Turkish coffee and chocolates, Italian pasta, English crackers, bean-to-bar chocolate from a roastery a block away, cool wines from Catalunya, France, and Italy, inspirational cookbooks, seasonal goods, and even decorative items for the home, and fresh flowers. You can spend hours here!

In addition to all the fascinating products, there is also specialty coffee for when you need your caffeine kick, fresh pastries from the bakery, sandwiches, delicious cookies, and more for takeaway. There might even be a little treat for your little furry friend..!

There are a few benches outside if you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee in the sun. Funky Bakers Deli has everything, most of it things you can’t find anywhere else, and it is also a great place to get gifts for a foodie friend.
